Pay: $15-$18/hr (DOE)
Job Summary Express Employment is partnering with a landscaping company in San Antonio and is seeking dependable Landscape Laborers to perform commercial landscape maintenance and installation services throughout the San Antonio area. Team members will work outdoors maintaining the appearance of commercial properties while operating landscaping equipment and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain commercial landscapes
- Operate mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Prune shrubs and trees and remove debris
- Pull weeds and maintain flower beds
- Plant flowers, shrubs, sod, and groundcover
- Apply mulch and water newly installed landscaping materials
- Assist with irrigation installation and repairs
- Load and unload landscaping equipment and materials
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in South Texas weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and attendance
Schedule
- 6:30am - 4:30pm
- Monday-Friday, some Saturdays
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
