Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals are seeking two motivated candidates to join the skip prep team for a warehouse here in Temple! This is a night shift rotating position from (7pm- 7am) requiring forklift experience and basic computer skills.
Pay: $18+ DOE
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and return LP skids to/from loading and off-loading areas.
- Assist in the maintenance of Low-Pressure inventory.
- Retrieve treated paper from the transport lift and support flipping per customer/process requirements.
- Prepare customer-specified skids for shipment, including pallet corner protection, banding, and tagging with RFGEN system labels.
- Read and follow the Low-Pressure production schedule to pre-prep specified skids.
- Perform daily rolling stock inspections, change batteries as needed, and report maintenance issues.
- Assist wet end operations and cross-train in checker and wet end positions.
- Create and complete WIP jobs in Oracle.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience required.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
- Basic computer skills (word processors, spreadsheets, databases, Oracle, WIP transactions).
- Ability to read production schedules and tape measures accurately.
- Ability to apply mathematics as needed for treater operations.
