Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals are seeking Machine Operators for a local lettuce production facility in Lorena, TX. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, fast-paced food production environment with consistent hours.
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
- Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
Rotating schedule with 4 crews (A, B, C, D)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery used in lettuce processing
- Ensure product quality and food safety standards are met
- Perform basic machine checks and adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures
- Meet production goals while working as part of a team
Schedule Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating schedule across A, B, C, and D shifts
- Must be available for assigned day or night shift
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator or production experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights if assigned
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
