Position Summary
The Food Production Associate is responsible for assisting in the preparation, production, packaging, and quality control of baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet company quality and food safety standards while maintaining efficiency and cleanliness.
Production Line Technicians

Assemble on the production line

Place finished products on trays

Load trays onto racks for proofing and baking

Maintain speed and accuracy while meeting production goals
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)

Lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed

Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive motions

Comfortable working in hot or cold environments
Shift:
