Bilingual (Spanish & English) Dispute Initiation Associate
Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Dispute Initiation Associate for a local bank in Killeen. Candidates must have call center experience and strong customer service skills. This is a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent hire.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Document disputed transactions accurately
- Assist customers with dispute inquiries
- Research transaction information
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Previous call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check
