Part-Time Insurance Service Representative
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a well-established insurance agency in Killeen, TX for a Part-Time Insurance Service Representative.
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week with flexible hours

Position Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the agency team
- Answer incoming calls and direct clients appropriately
- Assist with customer inquiries and policy servicing requests
- Maintain and update client records in agency management systems
- Process documents, applications, and policy changes
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general office organization
- Assist with marketing efforts such as outbound calls, emails, and client outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive client experience
Qualifications
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior sales, administrative, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
