Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper (A/P, A/R) - Temple/Belton Area

Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Enter invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
- Assist with billing, collections, and cash application
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software preferred
