Express Employment Professionals have partnered with a company in Terrell to fill a Shop Foreman position!
The company is looking for an experienced foreman who is self-motivated, flexible, and a team player.
- Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm - OT as needed on Friday
- Overseeing a small crew monitoring for productivity, work quality & accuracy, and safety
- Coordinating with upper management and other shop management for schedules, duties, and disciplinary issues
- Printing BOLs and product labels
- MUST have previous structural construction experience
- Spanish/English bi-lingual preferred
