Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Rockwall to fill a Fleet Administrator position!
- Schedule vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime
- Maintain all vehicle information, inspection records, and registration information
- Partner with reputable repair and maintenance shops
- Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles
- Analyze fleet performance data and improve accordingly
- Implement fleet policies and training modules for vehicle use and care
- Monitor vehicle expenses and purchasing
- Report fleet performance and finances to upper management
- Monitor, correct, and improve driver behaviors and operations
- Reduce unnecessary expenses and increase fuel efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a fleet, logistics, or in a similar job role
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and its current trends
- Outstanding analytical, decision-making and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Spanish speaking required
