Job Title: Sign Production & General Labor Associate (Part-Time)
Schedule: Flexible, ~20 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $18 – $22/hour (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking a Part-Time Sign Production & General Labor Associate to support daily operations in our sign shop. This hands-on role includes operating computer-controlled machines, assisting with material handling, and maintaining an organized, clean workspace. Perfect for someone reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn more about the sign-making and fabrication industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with computer-controlled production machines (CNC, plotters, laminators, etc.)

Handle materials, including loading/unloading and inventory management

Perform general labor tasks, including shop organization and cleanup

Support the production team with various sign fabrication tasks

Follow all workplace safety protocols

Complete additional duties as directed by the shop manager
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions independently

Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical, shop or warehouse environment

Basic computer literacy (production machine experience a plus)

Ability to lift and move materials up to [insert lbs, e.g., 50 lbs]

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn on the job
