Job Full Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 3+ years of experience and a strong background in both inbound and outbound call handling. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of propane, gas products, or related energy services, and a proven ability to manage customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with placing propane orders, scheduling deliveries, and managing account information.

Address billing questions, update payment methods, and help resolve account discrepancies.

Provide informed and accurate support regarding propane products, services, and safety.

Make outbound calls to follow up on deliveries, send service reminders, or share promotional offers.

Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards and follow safety regulations and policies.

Document customer communications, orders, and updates accurately in CRM or account systems.

Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and service technicians to ensure timely service and delivery.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

Heavy inbound/outbound call experience

Strong working knowledge of propane, gas products, or related utilities/energy industries

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable using CRM platforms, billing/account software, and general computer systems
