We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 3+ years of experience and a strong background in both inbound and outbound call handling. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of propane, gas products, or related energy services, and a proven ability to manage customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with placing propane orders, scheduling deliveries, and managing account information.

  • Address billing questions, update payment methods, and help resolve account discrepancies.

  • Provide informed and accurate support regarding propane products, services, and safety.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on deliveries, send service reminders, or share promotional offers.

  • Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards and follow safety regulations and policies.

  • Document customer communications, orders, and updates accurately in CRM or account systems.

  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and service technicians to ensure timely service and delivery.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

  • Heavy inbound/outbound call experience

  • Strong working knowledge of propane, gas products, or related utilities/energy industries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, billing/account software, and general computer systems
