Position Overview
General Labor associates will assist with a variety of tasks supporting daily operations, production flow, material movement, and site cleanup. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, and following all workplace safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and production support duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- Support team members with daily operational tasks
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work in outdoor and industrial environments
Qualifications
- Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work physically throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
