Job Full Description
We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. Flaggers play a vital role in maintaining a safe work environment by directing traffic around construction zones and hazardous areas. This position requires individuals who are punctual, alert, and capable of working in various outdoor conditions throughout the day.
Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must wear steel toe boots and blue jeans (light or dark)

Bring your own lunch — you will be in the field all day
-
Must be on time — arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled shift
-
PPE required: White hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety glasses
-
Must be flexible with scheduling; Client will coordinate shifts directly
-
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather
-
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
-
Previous flagging experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:

Direct traffic using flags or stop/slow paddles to ensure safety
-
Maintain safe conditions in and around construction sites
-
Clearly communicate with crew members and motorists
-
Stay alert and responsive to changing traffic conditions
-
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
