Job Title: Industrial Painter (Temporary – Potential for Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Waco, TX
Schedule:

Current: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4x10s)
-
Future Possibility: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime (after 2:30 PM or Saturdays)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Industrial Painters to join our team on a temporary basis with strong potential to transition to permanent roles based on continued demand. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in industrial paint prep and/or spray painting to join a growing team in a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform all phases of paint preparation including sanding, masking, cleaning, and taping components prior to painting

Apply coatings using air spray systems (not brush/roller) on metal and other industrial components

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols

Assist with additional tasks as required within the paint department
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in paint prep is required (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)

Industrial painting experience, especially using air spray systems, is highly preferred
-
Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Must be dependable and punctual

This is a temporary role to start, with the potential to convert to permanent based on production needs

Consistent performance, attendance, and demand will be key factors in transitioning to full-time employment
