Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support cleaning operations both inside and outside the facility and around the construction site in Waco, TX. This role involves working on or alongside a scissor or boom lift, assisting with wiping down ceilings, walls, border panels, and staircases. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working at heights and following strict safety protocols. Cleaning materials will be provided, and required PPE includes a safety vest, hard hat, and steel-toe boots.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the scissor or boom lift operator in elevated cleaning tasks.

Wipe down ceilings, walls (on the way up and down), and border panels using provided materials.

Clean staircases and interior building surfaces.

Clean and sanitize indoor spaces, including restrooms, hallways, and offices.

Sweep, mop, and maintain clean flooring in all designated areas.

Remove trash and debris from inside the facility and around the construction site.

Ensure outdoor walkways and work areas are clear and safe.

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.

Report hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Perform additional cleaning duties as directed.
Qualifications:

Must be comfortable working at heights on or alongside a scissor or boom lift.

Experience operating or assisting with lift operations is a plus.

Valid lift certification (preferred but not required for assistant role).

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive work attitude.

Required PPE: Safety vest, hard hat, and steel-toe boots (must bring your own).
Working Conditions:

Indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction sites.

Exposure to dust, debris, and cleaning chemicals.

Physical tasks may involve lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and climbing stairs or ladders.
