Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to join our team. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls using a scripted format, scheduling appointments, taking clear notes, and assisting both customers and service technicians. Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner

Follow scripted calls to ensure consistency and accuracy

Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with service technicians

Take detailed and accurate notes during and after each call
