We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team at a fast-paced heavy equipment rental company. This position involves general industrial maintenance, light electrical troubleshooting, and hands-on experience with a variety of heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and knowledgeable individual capable of working independently and safely while supporting rental operations and ensuring equipment is kept in optimal condition.

Perform general maintenance on equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and assist with electrical issues (low-voltage, motor wiring, basic controls)

Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on heavy equipment, including:

Conduct pre-rental inspections to ensure all equipment is operational and safe

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards

Assist in organizing parts and tools inventory

Occasionally support customer equipment check-in/check-out procedures
