Job Full Description
Duration: approximately 4–6 weeks
Location: Waco, TX
We are seeking Temporary Administrative Assistants to support our Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong general office and customer service skills who can assist with clerical and administrative tasks to help the department get caught up. Accounting experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and phone support.

Answer and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide friendly and effective customer service to internal and external contacts.

Assist the accounting team with organizing and processing financial documents.

Support other administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:

Previous administrative or clerical experience required.

Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Customer service experience preferred.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Accounting experience or familiarity with accounting processes is a plus, but not required.
