Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Payable Department. This role involves general administrative and clerical work, with a focus on assisting the AP team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and ensure accurate input of vendor and invoice information

Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously

File, organize, and maintain accounting and vendor documents
-
Assist in troubleshooting and tracking down missing or incomplete information
-
Prepare and complete mail outs and stuff checks into envelopes for distribution

Provide general clerical support to the Accounts Payable team
-
Help ensure timely processing of paperwork and maintain a well-organized work environment

Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role required
-
Any experience in Accounts Payable or accounting is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
-
Proficient in basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
