Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Some overtime may be required

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Payable Department. This role involves general administrative and clerical work, with a focus on assisting the AP team in daily operations. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and ensure accurate input of vendor and invoice information

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously

  • File, organize, and maintain accounting and vendor documents

  • Assist in troubleshooting and tracking down missing or incomplete information

  • Prepare and complete mail outs and stuff checks into envelopes for distribution

  • Provide general clerical support to the Accounts Payable team

  • Help ensure timely processing of paperwork and maintain a well-organized work environment

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role required

  • Any experience in Accounts Payable or accounting is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Proficient in basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
