Day Shift: Monday to Friday

Pay: $15/hr.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for performing various tasks in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow work orders as assigned by the department supervisor

  • Attach proper labels and tags to products and packages

  • Maintain cleanliness of the production area (sweeping, mopping, debris removal)

  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies

  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing

  • Lubricate and maintain equipment as needed

  • Measure and pour ingredients according to specifications

  • Ensure products meet required specifications

  • Track production progress on schedule boards

  • Mix ingredients and monitor consistency

  • Measure length of extruded aluminum and other materials

  • Assemble materials using various methods (screwing, cutting, clipping, hooking, etc.)

  • Scrap and dispose of waste materials properly

  • Read and interpret gauges and production instruments

  • Record data and maintain accurate production logs

  • Assist in loading and unloading processing equipment

  • Prepare and ship finished products

  • Notify supervisor of any equipment malfunctions or material issues

  • Follow all safety guidelines and take direction from supervisors

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to talk or hear

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and lift throughout the day
