Process new agent contracts accurately and timely

Verify all required contracting paperwork is complete for new or reinstated agents; follow up with applicants, IMOs, or agency managers as needed

Build and maintain comprehensive agent records, including contract details, license information, hierarchy, appointments, and training

Handle phone calls and chat inquiries related to contracting questions and issues professionally and promptly

Process agent information updates, including address and email changes

Terminate agent contracts and state appointments when necessary

Research and stay informed about laws, state licensing, appointments, and contracting requirements using various state insurance department websites

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership based on business needs

Conduct all business activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the Financial Group Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical behavior and integrity in decision-making

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly

Knowledge of company products or ability to quickly acquire product knowledge
