Job Full Description
The Business Support Representative plays a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of operations by collaborating closely with the Business Solutions team. This role assists various operations teams in meeting workflow and production demands while driving improvements in processes, documentation, and overall efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide interim support to operations teams during peak periods and as needs arise

Assist with special projects focused on documenting and improving operational workflows across departments

Maintain and update process documentation and training materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and service quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
Work Experience and Training Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Two years of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
-
Experience with process improvement methodologies or LEAN principles is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent research and problem-solving skills

Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
