Location: Waco, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: DOE – Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
A reputable local concrete company is expanding their team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their Concrete Pour Crew. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction or concrete experience who enjoy fast-paced outdoor work and want long-term stability.
🔨 Job Duties Include

Assisting with setting forms, preparing sites, and prepping materials

Pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces
-
Using hand tools and power tools required for concrete work
-
Assisting with rebar placement, leveling, and layout
-
Working with crew leads to complete daily tasks on schedule
-
Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and job sites
-
Following all safety protocols and onsite instructions
💪 Requirements
-
Previous concrete, construction, or general labor experience preferred
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments (heat/cold)
-
Willingness to work early start times
-
Must be dependable with reliable transportation

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Steel-toe boots required

Must pass background and drug screen (client specific)
