A well-established insurance company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Claims Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to review, process, and resolve claims accurately and efficiently.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Investigate claim details, verify documentation, and determine eligibility

Communicate with policyholders, agents, and third parties to gather information

Evaluate claims for fraud indicators and escalate as needed

Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate claim records

Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality in all claim data

Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and report preparation
📊 Required Qualifications

Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, customer service, or analytical roles

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret policy documents

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
