Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Business Support Specialist to join a professional insurance office environment. This role provides administrative and operational support to multiple departments by assisting with documentation, data entry, and internal processes that help keep daily business operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with detailed information in a structured office setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to business and operations teams

Process and review documents for accuracy and completeness

Maintain and update records in internal systems

Assist with data entry and reporting

Communicate with internal staff regarding missing or incomplete information

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

1–2 years of office, clerical, or administrative experience preferred

Experience in insurance, financial services, or compliance is a plus
