Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a local manufacturing facility

💲 Pay: $14–$16/hour (DOE)
🕒 Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Includes 30-minute lunch & two 15-minute breaks

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Tire Processing Associate to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating tire and foam field machines, sorting materials, and assisting with warehouse and outdoor yard duties.
This is a physically demanding role in a dusty, industrial setting similar to a tire shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation

Operate foam field machine and tire mounting equipment

Operate toggle-style tire machinery using hand controls
-
Perform press operator duties within production area
-
Monitor machines and notify lead of issues
Warehouse & Yard Support

Sort and identify tires by size and type
-
Pick parts and stage materials outdoors as needed
-
Pull pallet jacks to move materials
-
Maintain organization of materials and work areas
Communication & Teamwork
-
Notify team lead if leaving early or when issues arise

Follow production workflow and safety procedures

Support team operations as needed
