Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a local RV service and sales facility
📍 Location: Waco, TX
💲 Pay: $15–$18/hour (DOE)
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician / General Labor Associate to perform make-ready services and basic repairs on camper and RV units. This role ensures units are clean, fully functional, and ready for customer delivery.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
Make-Ready & Cleaning
Inspection & Repairs

Conduct inspections of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed
-
Ensure water, gas, and electrical systems are functioning properly
Installation & Setup
-
Install components and accessories such as awnings, batteries, and fixtures
-
Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
Team & Communication
-
Report major repair needs to the service manager
-
Work closely with sales and service teams to meet delivery timelines
-
Maintain organized and safe work areas
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✔ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repairs
✔ Experience using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements

Must be physically active and comfortable climbing ladders

Ability to work on top of RV units and elevated surfaces

Frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout shift

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred Experience
⭐ RV, automotive, or maintenance experience
⭐ Construction or carpentry background
⭐ Experience with basic electrical or plumbing repairs
