📍 Waco, TX
🕕 Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
💰 Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/per hour; Depending on weld test

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join a reputable manufacturing team in Waco. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented welder who takes pride in precision work and maintaining high quality standards.
🔧 Job Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel components

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings

Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards

Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately prior to welding

Maintain clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards

Assist with fabrication and finishing processes as needed
✅ Qualifications
-
TIG welding experience required

Ability to weld thin gauge materials with precision

Experience reading blueprints and measuring accurately

Knowledge of welding safety procedures and best practices

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
⭐ Preferred Skills

Certification in TIG welding

Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments

Multi-process welding experience is a plus
