Express Employment Professionals in Waco is currently seeking experienced Forklift / Warehouse Associates to be placed on assignment with a local manufacturing partner. This position works closely with an onsite EP Service Team and requires strong warehouse system knowledge and kitting experience.
💰 Pay:
Competitive – Based on experience ($18.00/hr. and up)
🕒 Schedule:
Full-time | Shift details provided during interview
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck as needed)
- Perform kitting and material handling for production and assembly lines
- Utilize ERP / Warehouse (WH) systems for inventory tracking and order processing
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for internal departments
- Load and unload shipments accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Work closely with the onsite EP Service Team
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
✅ Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience (required)
- Experience working within an ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Kitting experience is REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
⭐ Preferred Experience:
- Manufacturing or production warehouse background
- Experience supporting internal production teams
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
