Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring on behalf of a well-established life insurance company in Waco, TX. We are seeking a Bilingual Client Experience Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting clients with their policy needs.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for permanent placement based on performance and overall fit.

This role serves as the front line of support for policyholders, agents, and internal teams, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and written correspondence
  • Assist customers with policy information, inquiries, and requests
  • Explain policy coverage and address questions or concerns clearly and professionally
  • Route complex requests to appropriate departments when needed
  • Provide timely and accurate follow-up to customers
  • Make updates to policies and maintain detailed service logs
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume call center environment
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet team and departmental goals
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Bilingual (required)
  • Ability to meet attendance expectations
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet performance metrics (KPIs) within 6 months
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable to change and open to learning
