Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring on behalf of a well-established life insurance company in Waco, TX. We are seeking a Bilingual Client Experience Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting clients with their policy needs.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for permanent placement based on performance and overall fit.
This role serves as the front line of support for policyholders, agents, and internal teams, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and written correspondence
- Assist customers with policy information, inquiries, and requests
- Explain policy coverage and address questions or concerns clearly and professionally
- Route complex requests to appropriate departments when needed
- Provide timely and accurate follow-up to customers
- Make updates to policies and maintain detailed service logs
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
- Maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume call center environment
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet team and departmental goals
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Bilingual (required)
- Ability to meet attendance expectations
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
