Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local Title Company in Waco, TX. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Overview
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires someone who is outgoing, professional, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a dependable candidate who wants to build a long-term career and become a valued member of the team.
Essential Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Receipt and process orders accurately
- Provide general administrative and office support
- File, scan, and copy documents
- Perform accurate data entry
- Assist with various front office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a positive, outgoing personality
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Accurate data entry skills
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
