We’re seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive team success, and deliver exceptional member experiences. This role is ideal for a strong leader passionate about community engagement, team development, and business growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage daily branch operations and lead a team of Member Service Representatives (MSRs)
- Coach and support staff to meet performance goals and grow professionally
- Foster a collaborative, positive team culture
Member & Community Engagement
- Ensure top-tier member service and satisfaction
- Guide members toward appropriate financial products and services
- Represent the branch at community events and outreach programs
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Oversee branch efficiency, cash handling, and budget management
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor for fraud and maintain security protocols
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive branch sales and member growth through goal-setting and product promotions
- Develop relationships with local businesses to grow membership
- Train staff on sales strategies and product knowledge
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience (financial, banking, or retail)
- Proven success in team leadership, sales performance, and customer service
- Knowledge of financial products, loan origination, and account management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior branch management experience strongly preferred
