Customer Service Representative Pay: $15.00 HR. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records

  • Support various general office duties such as filing, copying, and email correspondence

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively

  • A naturally cheerful, upbeat, and engaging personality
