CSR - Work From Home - $17/HR
Would you like to work from home? We are currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to assist with inbound calls. Agents would be assisting with general inquiries/FAQs and website claims submission support. The duration of this project is set for 4-6 months, with the ability to extend past that. If you love talking to people while providing exceptional customer support and empathy, this is the job for you! All candidates must reside in the state of Texas to be considered for this position. Hours may vary, 40-hour work week. Pay $17.00/hr.
Skills & Requirements:
•Customer service, previous call center, or WFH experience is a plus
•Quiet, secure, and uninterrupted home work environment
•Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection
•Proficient typing and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
•Comfortable in learning and using digital tools
•Self-disciplined & self-motivated
•Ability to work independently and avoid distraction
Required to have your own equipment:
•Must be able to connect to the internet through an Ethernet cable.
•Headsets: NO Wireless Headsets. Headsets must be USB or analog and must be wired to their PC/laptop. Agents can purchase headsets at local stores (Best Buy, etc.) or easily on Amazon.
•Macs and Chromebooks are absolutely 100% incompatible with their systems. Must have a regular PC operating Windows 11.
