Job Title: Cleaning Technician
Overview:
A local apartment community is seeking reliable Cleaning Technicians to prepare units for tenants prior to move-in.
Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare vacant units for new tenants

Operate floor care equipment, including stripper and buffer

Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:

Ability to operate a stripper and buffer

Clean background check

Ability to pass a drug screen

Strong attention to detail and reliability
Schedule & Pay:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Starting pay: $13.50/hour
