Stainless Steel Grinder Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Stainless Steel Grinder Operator** to join our metal fabrication team. This position involves operating grinding machines to shape, finish, and polish stainless steel parts to exact specifications. If you have a sharp eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Operate grinding machines to finish stainless steel components
- Set up and adjust machines based on job specs and material type
- Inspect parts using gauges, templates, or micrometers
- Monitor grinding operations and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain and lubricate equipment for optimal performance
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Record production output and report irregularities

Qualifications
- Experience operating grinding machines (preferably with stainless steel)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and handle heavy metal parts
- Knowledge of grinding techniques and machine setup
