Job Order: Maintenance / Make-Ready Technician
Local Apartment Complex – Maintenance/Make Ready Worker Needed
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Make Ready Technician for a local apartment community. This is an Evaluation-to-Hire position with full-time hours.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Position Type: Evaluation to Hire
Required Experience
Applicants must have hands-on experience with:
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- General maintenance & make-ready tasks
- Painting
- General repairs
Requirements
- Must have a clean background
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
