Position Summary
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting dental equipment with a high level of detail and accuracy. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and interact with customers professionally as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble dental equipment according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Perform testing and quality checks on completed equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
- Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients or responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Document work performed and report equipment issues or delays.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related technical work is a plus (but not required).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
