Job Title: Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified)
Location: Local Remodeled Apartment Complex
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed
Job Description
We are a remodeled apartment complex seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified, skilled in general maintenance, and committed to dependable daily attendance. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of our community.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Complete carpentry repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Handle light electrical and light plumbing work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition
Requirements
- HVAC Certification required
- Experience with carpentry, light electrical, and light plumbing
- Ability to report to work daily and work scheduled hours
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean background check and drug screen required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
