Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Glass Installer Helper. No experience is required—we will train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role supports lead installers in handling, transporting, and installing glass products safely and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of glass (windows, doors, mirrors, storefront glass, etc.)
- Load, unload, and transport glass materials safely
- Help measure, cut, and prepare materials (training provided)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs on time
- Provide courteous service at customer locations
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and job environments
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Construction or trade experience is helpful, but not necessary
