Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Warehouse / Delivery Driver for a local distribution company in Wichita Falls, TX. This position combines warehouse operations and delivery driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse duties related to receiving, storing, shipping, and distributing products and materials
- Load, unload, move, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation and report shortages or damages
- Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Ensure delivery vehicles are maintained, clean, and routinely inspected
- Follow established delivery routes and schedules
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Previous warehouse and delivery driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic inventory and documentation experience
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
