Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and construction, be mechanically inclined, and enjoy working in a fast-paced shop environment. This position supports the fabrication and assembly of metal building components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of metal building components
- Read and accurately use a tape measure
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop and job site
- Assist fabricators and welders with production tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and supervisor directions
- Support production schedules and daily shop operations
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous metal fabrication experience required
- Construction experience required
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and construction environment
- Excellent work history required
- Reliable transportation
