Job Full Description
Experienced Finish Carpenter needed for 2-4 weeks to help complete residential home new builds. Hours are Monday-Friday 7a-5p. Pay is $20/hr.
Will be responsible for performing high-quality interior and exterior finish work in residential construction projects. This role involves installing trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, stairs, windows, and other detailed woodwork to meet project specifications and client expectations. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a high standard of precision and safety on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, assemble, and install finish components such as baseboards, door and window casings, crown molding, staircases, wainscoting, and cabinetry.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to ensure accuracy in all installations.

Install interior and exterior doors, hardware, shelving, and custom woodwork.

Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces as required.

Ensure all work meets building codes, specifications, and quality standards.

Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures.

Collaborate with other trades (framers, painters, electricians, etc.) to maintain project timelines and quality.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow all site safety protocols.

Use and maintain carpentry tools, equipment, and machinery properly.

Communicate progress and any issues to supervisors or project managers.
