Position Overview
As an Employment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in matching job seekers with the right opportunities and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. You will:
- Connect and place individuals into jobs that fit their skills and interests
- Screen applications and schedule interviews efficiently
- Oversee small teams of employees, providing guidance and support
- Network within the Cedar City community in a dynamic sales role
- Post job ads on online platforms and across social media
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-Call: Occasional nights and weekends may be required
- Starting Pay: $18-$20/hour, depending on experience
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with online platforms, AI tools, and social media
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Strong multitasking and creative problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and a drive to help others succeed
