Local company is in need of a customer service representative who can communicate with business owners and arrange various content and questions in ways that are intriguing to create desire. The successful candidate will be able to create intrigue in the business owner's mind and connect that desire in an online demo that answers their questions and shows them actionable examples of possibilities for their specific business.
Company helps provide health insurance, paid sick days, and contributes to IRA accounts.

Essential Functions:
- Serving customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Sharing and demonstrating the value of company software by sharing convincing but authentic software demos with prospective clients.
- Manage leads by tracking and following up on them via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide tech support and product training over the phone and through screen sharing.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Skills:
- Customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer center focused with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Other:
- Position is full-time
- The schedule is M-F 8 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break from 12-1
