Job Full Description
What You’ll Do
-
Precision Blending: Coordinate with Grinding Specialists to receive materials, weigh blends accurately, and verify weights against strict specifications.

Equipment Operation: Manage the movement of blend totes to the tumble room, operating industrial mixing machinery to ensure product uniformity.

Material Handling & Staging: Safely dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and apply identifying labels. Ensure all barrels are wiped down and staged correctly for warehouse transport.

Quality Assurance: Strictly follow SOPs and documentation processes. Complete all sanitation and cleaning checklists to maintain a sterile, organized work environment.

Reporting & Collaboration: Participate in daily drills and team meetings.

Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing training to improve communication and technical management abilities.
What we’re looking for
-
Physical Capability: Must be 18+ years old, able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.

Technical Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Dietary Supplements, Pharma, or Food) is highly preferred.

Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP regulations is a major plus.

Mindset: Clear communicator.

Technical Literacy: Comfortable with Google Workspaces and capable of following complex, data-driven procedures.
