Shipping Manager / Warehouse Operations

Full-Time | Long-Term Assignment

We are seeking a Shipping Manager for a full-time, long-term assignment. This role is responsible for overseeing all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to make a difference every day.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Opportunities for overtime

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory, shipping, and receiving functions
• Develop and execute policies and practices to ensure accurate product delivery
• Pack and ship orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
• Maintain and track inventory levels
• Keep product shelves organized and properly stocked
• Ensure work areas, inventory aisles, and storage areas are clean and safe
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Required Skills

• Ability to stay focused and manage priorities effectively
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Energetic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to processes
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for most of the workday

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• In-depth knowledge of inventory, Q/C and warehouse management
