Hardwood Molding Operator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Some overtime required)

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

We are seeking a reliable Hardwood Molding Operator to join our team. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is responsible for operating molding equipment to produce quality hardwood products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines and follow production schedules/work orders.
• Set up tooling and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Trim, finish, label, and package products for shipment.
• Clean equipment, recycle scrap wood, and maintain a safe work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
