Job Title: Groundskeeping Maintenance Worker (Part-Time)
Location: Midvale Utah
Schedule: Various days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeping Maintenance Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining clean and attractive grounds, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and recreational spaces
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, and planting
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on outdoor fixtures and structures
- Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible part-time hours
