Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule:
- Training Period: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Post-Training (Peak Season): 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Outbound team as Fulfillment Associates. This role focuses on picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications
- Pack products securely and efficiently for outbound shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work full-time and transition to a 4x10 schedule during peak season
